#IamNala Fellowship
The Fellowship engages young women under 40 from Africa and the diaspora in a one year program. The fellowship equips and supports young women to thrive in their political leadership and advance their campaigning and advocacy. The Fellowship is designed to be a space for Self reflection, Skills development, Community of practice, and Political consciousness. It covers three pillars: Well-Being, Leadership and Innovation through feminist principles, advocacy tools and mental health.

Masterclass
Nalafem received 3000 Masterclass tickets grant worth $540 000 USD. 3000 young African women signed up benefiting from the educational training opportunity.

SHE-LEARNS TRAINING OF TRAINERS

Nalafem supported the ATHENA Network through the Nalafem Fund, and contributed to the implementation of the in-country Training of Trainers (ToT) programme. The modules of the ToT included a focus on feminist theory and practice; employing feminist perspectives on SRHR advocacy; movement building; use of technology for advocacy; access to safe abortion, SOGI; HIV prevention and GBV prevention and response.

Self-Defense Training

Mentorship on Leadership

Nalafem facilitated a workshop on Female Leadership in Politics, Business, and Diplomacy attended by partners and Nova SBE students clubs which has a platform audience of 2 000 participants. The session provided tools for finding the confidence, courage, and voice to belong, lead and achieve.

Workshop on Advocacy
