The Nairobi Declaration: Power Meets Capital

Adoption and endorsement of the Nairobi Declaration on Women, Power, and Capital, committing signatories to financing, protecting, and scaling women’s political leadership.

Fellowship Graduation

Graduation of the current cohort of the I AM NALA Fellowship on Women, Peace and Security, recognizing emerging women leaders who have completed a year-long leadership journey and formally inducting them into Nalafem’s intergenerational leadership ecosystem.

Women Back Women Pledges

Securing at least 50 capital and political pledges from women investors, philanthropists, political parties, and institutions to support women’s leadership initiatives by 2030.

Recognition & Visibility

Presentation of the Nalafem Leadership Awards, spotlighting African women driving systemic change across politics, peacebuilding, and economic transformation.
